She has strategically expanded the portfolio of services and target industries to ensure that CFW is now a leading supplier of talent to many of the world's leading financial institutions and ‘blue-chip’ companies in Poland and Ireland. David Wilkes is Project Director for coxfitzsimons&wilkes and brings 30 years’ recruitment experience to the team. He developed the first specialist Financial Recruitment Company in Ireland, was retained by firms setting up the International Financial Services Centre in Dublin and has been recruiting in Central Europe since the early nineties. Anna Makowska is Manager of coxfitzsimons&wilkes in Poland and has been with CFW in their Dublin office since 2004. She managed multiple recruitment projects for a number of high profile international companies setting up in Poland and has a sound knowledge of multinational companies combined with an in-depth understanding of the Polish labour market.
