Senior On-site Recruiter

Main responsibilities

• Set up a sourcing strategy for a new GBS (Global Business Services) - various disciplines and seniorities.
• Drive recruitment process end to end, from sourcing to offering the selected candidate.
• Support hiring managers in all research and candidate selection activity.
• Build consultative relationships with managers to become a talent advisor and offer recommendations based on your experience and market knowledge.
• Skillfully engage with candidates and create exceptional candidate experience.
• Conduct thorough candidate interview screens to understand and assess motivation, goals, skill sets, etc.
• Track, record and monitor key metrics related to staffing.  
• Be aware and willing to adapt selected market trends in Employer Branding area.

Person Specifications

• Solid recruitment experience on Polish SSC/BPO market.
• Strong talent sourcing skills using various channels.
• Experience with finance & accounting roles a strong preference.
• Experience with ATS and good with reporting metrics.
• Well behaved and articulate.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English & Polish.
