For one of our clients, global Consumer Goods producer with their Global Business Solutions Centre in Poland, we now look for an experienced and ambitious Team Leader. This is a client facing role and therefore you are required to speak fluent Italian.
- Hiring, training and mentoring team members.
- Managing the team to build capability and drive their performance.
- Identifying and communicating performance expectations for team members.
- Providing development opportunities in order to achieve business results and achieve talent growth.
- Ensuring accurate and timely pricing and rebate process.
- Coordinating priorities for resolution of price, rebates and chargeback queries.
- Maintaining a strong culture of internal control to ensure a 'well controlled' audit finding.
- Leading and driving Continuous Improvement and standardization of processes.
- Leading interaction and resolution of service delivery issues with appropriate teams and external customers.
This is a client facing role and therefore you are required to speak fluent Italian and English.
- Demonstrable track of experience in leading a team in accounts receivable/ pricing and rebates process. Minimum 1 full cycle of performance review being a people manager.
- Experience in AR / AP areas, preferably in a Pricing & Rebates process.
- Strong analytical skills, able to analyse reports (able to identify themes and make recommendations).
- Excellent communicator with experience of influencing stakeholders and management.
